Suggested Use: Drink a full glass (8 oz.) of liquid w/each dose. Adults and children 12 years of age and over: Take 4-5 caps two times daily. Children 6 to under 12 years of age: Take 3 caps two times daily. Children under 6 years of age: Consult a doctor.
