Biotin-8 offers a high concentration of biotin, a B vitamin that supports supports skin, hair, fingernail strength, and nerve health, as well as healthy blood sugar metabolism.* Biotin-8 provides a high amount of biotin (also sometimes called vitamin B7) per capsule. Biotin in a higher amount, like in Thorne Research's Biotin-8, supports glucose metabolism by helping stimulate glucose-induced insulin secretion in pancreatic beta cells and by helping accelerate glucose metabolism in the liver.* Similarly, biotin can support muscle insulin sensitivity by helping increase the uptake of glucose by muscle cells.*

How soon will I receive my product?
