Shipping Policy

 
Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 72 hours of being placed, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
 
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS

FedEx
 
Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
 
Shipping Rates

For domestic orders, the rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on your location as orders are charged a flat rate. Standard shipping for all orders is free for orders being shipped in the continental U.S. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

We do not do International Shipping.
 
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

How To Return An Item

Thank you for your Order! The Expert Nutrition Center will accept an unopened product return for up to 30 days after its purchase with corresponding receipt. Any special order or Bulk orders (3 or more of any one item) are non-refundable or exchangeable. We are confident that you will find the natural products that we carry to be of highest quality and potency. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and/or do not tolerate the product, within the 30 days of purchase, you may contact us to request an exchange or store credit.

  2. Mail your returned item along with a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt:

Return Exceptions

We try to accommodate our customers as best we can. After 30 days, we will not accept returns
 

Restocking Fee

We have no restocking fee for returned items.

If you are dissatisfied with the state of your item, for example, if it is delivered in a damaged state. Contact us at [email protected] or 888-794-4325 during office hours and we will do our best to set it right.
