All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
For domestic orders, the rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on your location as orders are charged a flat rate. Standard shipping for all orders is free for orders being shipped in the continental U.S. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
International orders will require weighing and pricing prior to being shipped. A customer service representative will contact you regarding a shipping quote prior to shipment.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

How To Return An Item
We accept returns up to 60 days after the item is purchased. The Expert Nutrition Center is the only online store that accepts item returns opened or unopened.

We try to accommodate our customers as best we can. After 60 days, we will not accept returns
We have no restocking fee for returned items.
