Suggested Use
Recommendations: Mix 2 heaping tablespoons in 8 fluid ounces of water, juice, or other beverage once a day, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Can also be mixed with soft food such as applesauce, oatmeal, pudding, etc. Mixing Instructions: Place powder in a Vital Nutrients Shaker bottle with approximately 8 oz. of water, milk or desired drink. Shake and enjoy. ProWhey can also be added to soft food such as applesauce or oatmeal.
