-This unique formulation contains a blend of vitamins, minerals, and amino
acids designed to assist optimal nervous system function, normal mood, and
emotional well-being. Multiple research studies highlight GABA and seratonin
impairments as an integral portion of the physiology of neurodevelopmental

Spectrum Awakening now contains 500 mg GABA per 3 scoops. 5-HTP is an
immediate precursor to serotonin, a reaction catalyzed by Vitamin B-6. Vitamin
E, a potent antioxidant, may have neuroprotective action. Methylcobalamin (B-
12) and methylfolate are essential for maintaining the integrity of the nervous
system, and also participate in key methylation reactions. Along with L-
selenomethionine, these methyl forms help convert homocysteine to L-methionine
