Bromelain (Ananas comosus) (fruit) 2400 gdu/g

Other ingredient: Vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, and a NON-GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable hypromellose and purified water.
Adults: Take 1 capsule one to three times daily away from food (on an empty stomach) or as directed by your health care practitioner. Contains no: Preservatives, artificial flavor or color, sugar, dairy, starch, wheat, gluten, corn, soy or yeast.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking prescription medication; if you have gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers, are taking anticoagulant agents, anti-inflammatory agents, or antibiotics; or before having surgery.
