What are the delivery charges for orders
Now we offer free “standard shipping” via USPS or FedEx Ground anywhere in the continental United States. We also offer a “rush shipping” option for those who want the order shipped more quickly. Usually, we will ship via USPS express, 2nd day shipping or 3rd day shipping.
Why is "Rush Shipping" not offered for my address?
If you’re within one to two days for “standard shipping”, we don’t want you to waste your money.
How long will delivery take?
We are located in Maryland (North-East), so depending where you’re located it will usually take 1 to 5 business days.
How secure is shopping in the online shop? Is my data protected?
The Expert Nutrition Center is secured with a 256 bit encryption certificate, that just means it’s almost impossible to get your information. In addition, we have many layers of protection including McAfee scanning and one of the leading hacking defense systems available for store. Trust me, we take your security seriously.
What happens after ordering?
After your order is received, we process it same day during office hours and the next morning if it is received after office hours. Due to the fact that we choose to get fresh stock in from the manufacturers on an almost daily basis, we may have to wait one to two days to ship your order. We try to get your order to you within a maximum of 5 business days, although most orders arrive faster. We will update the system when your order ships with the tracking number and you should receive an email.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. We send an invoice with your order. You also have access in your online account.
