1. Follow a low-food allergy diet free from common allergens such as:
    1. Wheat
    2. Gluten
    3. Dairy
    4. Soy
    5. Eggs
  2. Limit vegetable oils containing large quantities of polyunsaturated fats. Focus on either Extra Virgin Coconut Oil or High-Polyphenol Extra-Virgin Olive Oil



  1. Scleroderma can be initiated by exposure to chemicals such as: plastics, solvents, drugs, silica powder, and silicone. Eliminate any exposure to such compounds.
  2. Avoid fiber supplements as there patients who suffer with scleroderma have reported abdominal pain and hospitalization after supplementing with fiber.
