Diet

  1. Decrease refined carbohydrates.
  2. Food allergies and food sensitivities are common culprits in chronic sinus problems. If you are afflicted with chronic sinusitis, I recommend avoiding the following foods:
    1. Milk/Dairy Products
    2. Wheat/Gluten
    3. Soy
    4. Eggs
  3. Eat as many raw vegetables and fruits as possible.

Lifestyle

  1. Use an air purifier and vacuum regularly.
  2. Drink plenty of water. When the body gets even slightly dehydrated it can result in dry mucous membranes in the sinuses
  3. Use a netty pot twice daily, in the evening and morning, to flush allergens out of the sinuses.
  4. Use the Nutribiotic Nasal Spray – 2 Sprays three times daily in each nostril. This nasal spray contains grapefruit seed extract which helps to kill bacteria and fungus.

Supplements

  1. Nasal Tabs – 3 Tablets Three To Four Times Daily
